Privacy Policy

Maria's Fruit Flowers (“we”, “us”) runs birdrockarts.com. This page explains what information we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it to the minimum we need, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• Messages you send us. When you use the contact form we receive your name and your message. The form is delivered by our email provider, Web3Forms, and arrives in our inbox.
• Course purchases. The online course is sold through Gumroad. Gumroad collects your email address and payment details to process the order and give you access; we never see your full card details. Gumroad's own privacy policy applies to that information.
• Orders for arrangements and kits. When you order, we collect what we need to fulfil it — such as your name, contact details and delivery address.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard request information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address.

Cookies and storage

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run analytics. Your shopping cart is saved in your own browser so it isn't lost if you refresh the page; it never leaves your device until you place an order.

How we use your information

• To reply to your messages and questions.
• To process, make and deliver your orders, and to give you access to the course.
• To keep the website working and secure.

We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the business: Vercel (website hosting), Web3Forms (contact form delivery), Gumroad (course sales) and, for physical orders, our payment and shipping providers. Each handles your information only to provide its service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and order details only as long as we need them to help you, fulfil orders, and meet tax and accounting requirements. After that we delete them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you live in California or another state with privacy laws, you have these rights by law, and we won't treat you differently for using them. Children

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us their information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
